365 ways to RELAX mind, body & Soul.  This little book is filled with 365 ways to calm your mind, relax your body, and soothe your spirit-every day.
Feeling anxious and out of sorts? Try this breathing exercise.
Place the index and middle finger of your left hand horizontally across your chin and press gently. At the same time place the index and middle fingers of your right hand 2 inches below your navel and press. Drop your shoulders and take four deep breaths. (This can also help stop the hiccups.)
Treat your feet. After being cooped up all day, these dogs need to dance.
Take off all foot coverings. Sit in a comfortable chair or lie down. Alternately flex and extend each foot from the ankle. Make five ankle circles with your right foot. Change direction and do five more. Repeat with your left foot.
Headache Tamer. Tame tension headaches with this simple massage technique. Place your index and middle finger of both hands at the outer edges of your eyebrows and on the indentation of your temples. Rub in small circular movements. Increase the pressure and hold to the count of 2. Release; repeat as necessary.
