I am having a problem with the login function. What's wrong?

* If you are encountering a problem when you press 'login' at the top of the screen, you may need to clear cookies and temp internet files. To do so, follow your operating system instructions to clear the files. For windows, press the start button in the lower right corner and then select the control panel. Select 'internet options' from the control panel. Delete cookies and temp files from the temporay internet file section under the 'General' tab. This should clear any corrupt files and allow the login in function to proceed.

* If you forgot your ID or password, provide the info you remember and the rest will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file. If all else fails, create a new login ID and password.

How long does it take to process orders?

* We process domestic orders within 24 hours and make the shipment available to our shipping partner for transportation to you. Orders received Friday - Sunday are ready for shipment by Monday afternoon.

* International orders may take additional time to prepare and file documents for international transportation.

What credit cards you accept?

* We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.

Do you accept any other types of payments?

* No - credit cards only.

What shipper do you use?

* We partner with Federal Express, UPS and the USPS to get your shipment to you on time. You may choose the carriers during the check-out process.

Where are orders shipped from?

* All orders originate from Houston, Texas 77082.

Do you ship to International locations?

* Yes, provided that the type of merchandise ordered is allowed into that country. Some of our products require special handling and can not be sent via air transportation. That in itself may be the limiting factor to shipping products to international destinations.

Is my credit card transaction secure?

* It is very secure with our web servers. You can view more details about how we secure your transaction in our Privacy Policy.

What happens if the package is damaged?

* Please save all packing material, products and paper work. Contact us immediately and we will work together to replace your shipment.
* A claim will be filed with the shipper and we must provide evidence that the product was damaged.

Do you gift wrap?

* Yes, we do offer gift wrapping. Our signature wrapping is white gloss paper with large bows. Color choices are pink, lavender, yellow, red or green. An option will appear during the check-out process. You can add your selection to your cart at that time.
