We ask your understanding of our return policy.
* All returned items must be in the original package.
* Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original package.
* We will not give credit or refund for used merchandise.
* If you have received a defective or damaged item from us, contact us immediately so that we can take steps to correct the situation. A claim will be filed with the shipping carrier for reimbursement and you will be reimbursed based on their findings.
* When the defective merchandise is returned, a copy of your invoice must accompany the merchandise.
* You must obtain a return authorization prior to returning the merchandise. .
* We will NOT accept COD packages.
* DO NOT automatically return merchandise without contacting us first. This is required in order to receive reimbursement for charges.
* When the return merchandise is accepted, we will issue you a credit for the merchandise only. We do not refund shipping cost.
* If you find a need to return the mercandise that was originally shipped to you under a free shipping offer, you will be credited the amount of the product(s) excluding the shipping and handling cost.
