Our Shipping Policy
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States, to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and to most International locations, except:
Africa
Indonesia
Pakistan
Romania
Russia
Once your order is received, if it is going outside the 50 US states, we will review the customs requirements to ensure that the merchandise ordered will pass through customs without issues. We will notify you as timely as possible if we find any limitations. Otherwise, your order will be processed within 24 hours.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes can only be carried via U.S. Postal Service.
Exceptions:
Certain consumer commodity products require special handling for shipping. Federal guidelines allow these products to be shipped via ground transportation, but impose tighter restrictions on air travel. The following products are considered hazardous material/consumer commodities.
* Fragrance Lamps
* Fragrance Oils
* Fragrance Spray
* Fragrance Mist
We do not ship these products to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time.
These products may be shipped to all other U.S. States, Canada and Mexico, provided that it is shipped using ground services.
International locations will be considered only if they can be shipped via ocean freight. This will be considered with customs requirements at the time the order is received.
* If during the check-out process, you select a carrier other than Fedex Ground, we will change your shipping choice to Fedex Ground and recalculate the shipping charges appropriately. Additionaly charges may apply.
Which Carrier should I use?
We partner with Federal Express, UPS, and the US Postal Service to ship your package.
Several factors should be considered when selecting the Carrier.
* Federal Express and UPS will deliver your package to you in 1 - 7 business days, based on your US address. They ship to street addresses only.
* US Postal Service will deliver the package to either your street address or P.O. Box in 1 - 45 business days. Longer leads times are required for economy shipments to international locations.
* Federal Express and UPS rates include package insurance.
* US Postal Services Insurance (and other services) are offered at an additional fee. PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR DESIRE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICE, otherwise it will NOT be included. The additional fee will be added to your credit card and processed accordingly.
How long will it take?
All shipments originate from Houston, Texas 77082.
In most cases, domestic U.S. orders are processed and leave our store within 24 hours and are available for our transportation partner to begin their journey to your door. Please allow additional time for processing on the weekends, as our transportation partner(s) do not process orders on the weekend.
If a holiday falls during this schedule, the package will be shipped the following business day.
Additional processing time may be required for gift wrapping. Additional in-store processing time may also be needed if the order is going to an international location. This is due to time zone differences and customs paper work. In most cases, the international order leaves our store within 48 hours.
Once the order is packaged and on its way to you, we will provide you with the tracking number(s) issued by Federal Express, USPS or UPS. You will be able to go on-line to their site to monitor your shipment with the tracking number.
If you purchase additional insurance with the US postal service, we will forward that tracking information to you as well.

Packages over 20 pounds or to destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping time. Transit time to international locations will vary depending on the destination.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping for any order over $100.00, excluding sale items, shipped to addresses in the continental states. We will pay shipping expense to orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii up to $8.00. The credit will be applied when the order is processed. We will select the carrier based on schedules and shipping rates. We want you to receive your shipment as timely as possible at the best rate.
It's easy to get started. When you are ready to check out, select the carrier of choice, If you would like your order shipped to you free of charge, type the word 'FREE ' in the promotional code field and we'll take care of the rest. Free shipping is limited to the least expensive ground transportation methods. Free shipping is not offered for express methods of shipping.
We do NOT offer free shipping to international destinations at this time.
